My sister had T-mobile. and she wanted to get At&t. So she cancelled her account. first there was a $200 termination fee. Than later got a another bill from Simply Wireless stating that they were charing $400 for termination the contract which was a speacial promotional offer that was supposed to last 127 days, but she only had it for 47 days.
I was stunned and she was stunned. We didn’t know about the “special promotional” offer, and I think this is such a ripoff!!!
Can we still do something and get our money back? Even though she paid it already? She’s a broke college student, I feel really bad for her.
