I live in Texas and am thinking about starting a delivery service for restaurants that normally don’t offer delivery. This would be primarily breakfast and lunch services and would consist of delivery services and set up at the customer’s location. Customers would be businesses and municipalities. What, if any, special licensing or insurance requirements might I need to have or consider?
